WSL failed us

The WSL just put a lot of effort into a production that its fans cant even watch. Ive enjoyed this app completely up until the Quicksilver and Roxy Pro France. 95% of the contest videos would not play back. Absolutely none of the heats on demand videos would play back. Staying up all night to watch it live was not a possibility for me. At some point this footage will be removed from the app, it would have been great to see.
I emailed the WSL multiple times during the contest with no response.
As far as I know the WSL has not even acknowledged this problem.
